Corporate Performance Group Background
After 18 years at Arthur Young, predecessor of Ernst & Young, providing management advisory services to large corporations, Chris White formed Corporate Performance Group (“CPG”) in 1989.
Members of the CPG Team are experienced business leaders and advisors combining extensive functional and industry expertise. Building on the team’s extensive experience, CPG gives companies and nonprofits in Oklahoma and Arkansas access to the same caliber of strategic planning, business advisory, and business transaction (M&A) services typically available only to Fortune 500 companies.
Corporate Performance Group has helped hundreds of business leaders become more effective leaders and build strong companies. We have also helped more than 100 business owners successfully sell or transition ownership when they exit their company.
For most business owners, their company is their largest asset and probably represents 75% or more of their personal wealth. Even if a business owner never plans to sell their company, they need to understand what drives the value of their company. We not only help business owners understand the factors that drive company value – we also provide specialized support to maximize company value.
We are proud that more than 80% of our clients have come from referrals from existing or former clients.
